People and the world of work fascinate me: how we communicate, what motivates us, how good teams come together — and all those written and unwritten rules nobody explains, but somehow everybody is expected to know.
We learn so much by simply doing. And it’s incredible what people can achieve together when the right ones work towards a shared goal. That’s what I believe in. It’s why I enjoy bringing people together, developing ideas, and especially seeing those ideas turn into something tangible.
This is a space for ideas, observations, and experiences from corporate life and beyond. Some are serious. Some are practical. And some may make you smile and think, “Finally, somebody said it.”
Because work keeps changing. Technology keeps changing. We keep changing.
And that’s exactly what makes it interesting.
